I appreciate the feedback! I have been in the business now a little over a year so my database is very small. One of my goals for 2019 is to do a better job growing my CRM system.
That is part of the reason why I am even messing around with online leads. To enable growth for my database/network. Thank you for the advice!

Hey guys!
I am a realtor and investor in the Canton Ohio area (Football Hall of Fame). My question is more from the agent perspective. The lead sources I currently use are Zillow, Realtor.com, Opcity, and Homelight. I have noticed that the quality of leads that come from these systems are very low quality. I was curious if anyone has had luck with any of these systems and if so any tricks to optimize the quality of leads that come through.
Also any other lead generation systems/ideas you may or may not recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
