I just wanted to give a shout out and big thank you to the team at Rent To Retirement for helping me purchase my first out-of-state long-term rental in Alabama!  I cant say enough great things about the team at RTR, especially my rep Tommy Brown!  As a newbie investor, he was instrumental in helping me achieve my first goal and getting me into the game and off the sideline with analysis paralysis.  Tommy is super responsive and always able to answer my questions, and was very helpful with recommendations, like insurance and other local team members.  If you are looking for a team who can get you into the game in the turnkey space, RTR is the way to go! 

I imagine this trend is due to close proximity to 3 national parks. Most folks from out of the area would tend to visit the parks in summer rather than winter when roads are closed and access is limited.
