Hey! I am a 16 year old sophomore in high school located in North Carolina. If your group is still available, I'd love to join if possible. I am super interested in learning about RE and REI and my goal is to start learning early. If you could get back to me with additional details, that would be great. Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Thank you for the feedback! I have started listening to the BP podcast as well as done some research on webinars. It’s funny that you mention the TREIA program, while I was searching, I found this program for the triangle area. I am also located in the Raleigh area so it works out great.

Hey Jack!
My name is Jack as well and I am also 16 years old and in my sophomore year in high school. I am located in North Carolina, however, learning the whole real estate thing is definitely one of my biggest interests. Maybe we could help each other learn and grow in this field!

Hi everyone! My name is Jack and I am currently 16 years old living in North Carolina. I stumbled upon this platform in a search on YouTube regarding learning the basics of real estate investing and I thought I would give it a try. I have read an ample amount of books about finances and general investing which included real estate investing. I became intrigued with the idea that one can buy a property, and then rent, or sell it in the future for a profit if the market performs well. I want to begin my learning journey early on so that when I am able to start making decisions I am well equipped. My main question in the post is: What would be the best learning strategy for me to follow? YouTube, books, podcasts, or all of these? Also if you have any other ways to start learning or any suggestions on which books/ YouTube videos/ podcasts are the best, I would love to hear some feedback! Thank you to everyone in advance!
