Hi, I was wondering what the best way to find the labor and material costs for a specific area. I have had trouble with accurately estimating rehab costs I'm not sure if the best route is to start calling subcontractors and ask for bids on an example house or if I should just get a GC or someone who is experienced in the area to walk properties with me at the start? All answers are appreciated thanks!

I recently started looking at probate cases in my local public records and ran into the problem of trying to find which cases had real estate being inherited. Can someone please help me figure out how when I look at a case if there is a potential deal there so I can create a list to mail to these people inheriting their loved ones property.
