Hey Tyler. Having a good agent will be key for finding good investment opportunities. They may also have a good lender/broker to get you in touch with but I would recommend contacting various brokers in the area and discussing your goals with them. A good place to start may just be searching on google for brokers local to that region.

LaMancha - you are certainly not the only one. I would imagine every lender/broker has had issues arise just before or during the closing process. Unfortunately, nothing is ever as easy as it seems in this industry.
