I want to refinance my primary home to pull the equity and take out cash to buy an investment property. However, if I do that, I will increase my interest rate. Consequently, my monthly mortgage will increase as well. The plan is for my investment property will help me for the increase mortgage. I will still have profit from the investment property. Is it worth it?
