The first property I bought was a 3 family in the city of Rochester, all 3 units rented the day after we closed. This seemed easy.  My next purchase was a multi use property, 2 3 bedroom apartments and a commercial space/storefront. The residential units rented quick, which pay for the majority of the bills, but not everything. We are losing about $500 a month after taxes and insurance.  We've owned the building for over 6 months now and haven't had much luck with the commercial space.  We've gotten very close with one business and have had many surface level conversations since then. We have it marketed on Zillow, FB marketplace, we have a sign in the window and even have reached out to other local business for a possible expansion. No luck. Looking for some guidance on what my next move should be.
