Hello BP, as this is my first post to a BP forum I would like to introduce myself and say that I am an 18 year old kid who has found extreme interest and would love to start house hacking when I graduate from college. With this being said what qualities should I be looking for on a website like Realtor.com or Zillow.com in a property. Thank you so much for any help!
