Hi gang. I'm a noob investor but my family is going through a sale of a departed relative's house. It just went on the market a day ago and the first couple offers have come in. We listed it at $170k per realtor suggestion. The offers both came in at $150k and they're both investors. In your experience, how likely are they, as investors, to negotiate? My gut says if they came in at $150 there is room to negotiate up to at least $160. I know there are a lot of other dynamics in play but I thought getting some input from other investors would be valuable. Thanks.
