I’ve been reading about that actually. Thank you Melissa!

Indianapolis Area:  Need advice on finding a lender that works with people with bad credit in 540 area. I've read that we should still be able to get a mortgage through fha. We have 11 years perfect payments in rent to one landlord who can write a letter, but have had identity theft and other hiccups along our road of life. Looking for recommendations as i'm not having much luck so far. The home we rent will be sold in next few months and we don't want to buy it and would like to move closer to our work and get away from 465 traffic everyday. Have found a couple houses but can't proceed until we get pre-qualified for a loan. Anyone with expertise in this area I would truly appreciate the help. Thank you!
