Hello, I am looking to get into real estate I have posted before but I had to put a set back due to the fact I left for a couple months due to the military. I was wondering are there any real estates investors, wholesalers, etc that are willing to meet with me and maybe build a nice relationship with to where I can work along side them. I basically need a mentor and I'm willing to do anything to get that. Any information would be great thank you so much for taking your time and reading this hope to hear something soon.

So I am honestly not sure where I should be putting this because I'm new. I want to get my Home Inspection certification and I was just wondering if there was anyone else that is currently doing the same thing? If so which website are you going through? I was thinking about NACHI but was wondering if there were any better websites or softwares.

hello everyone I just started studying wholesaling and I do understand that the easiest way to learn is to just get out there and do it. But I have a question containing the purchase and sale/assignment where can I get one? I emailed my local attorney and they want about $225 for both documents is there away I can just print out one? I live in Alabama mobile to be exact if that matters on which one I could use thank you all can't wait to hear back
