Does anyone know if you are able to carry a hard money loan and a bank loan at the same time for 2 separate deals done a month apart?

Looking for recommendations on some quality contractors and HVAC companies that can renovate quickly in Hagerstown MD! Looking to purchase a duplex, one side needs full remodeling! Must do honest quality work, I'm not trying to just find a deal. Quality work will bring the best result.

Hey everyone! I just became a pro member today, and I am looking to connect with people. I am new to real estate, and have been on an educational binge absorbing as much information as I can. I am looking to connect with real estate investors in the Lancaster PA area, or people elsewhere that possibly invest here.
