No I’m not trying to make a business out of it. I don’t really use the overhang and it saves him money and could put some extra in my pocket. Thank you both for the responses.

Someone asked if they could store a boat under my overhang in the back yard. The concern that I have is, what happens if it gets damaged on my property. Is there a specific form I should fill out to protect myself? Or should we draw up an agreement and have it notarized? Thanks in advance for any information or suggestions you have.
