I already have a pro membership, but when trying to download the landlord docs off the "Boookstore" tab it's trying to charge me. How did you download your packet without having to pay again?

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Fort Atkinson.

Purchase price: $133,000

Househack time!!! After graduating from UW Whitewater, my wife and I found the perfect place to start in our investment strategy. We have been living in the lower unit of the property since closing and used every second of extra time to fix up the upper unit. Our upper rental covers almost all our expenses, and once we move to our next multifamily project (likely 4 unit), we will rent out the lower and it the property will cash flow like crazy!

How did you finance this deal?

Owner occupied allowed us to access 3% down options, but the loan we went with was a 5% down due to their in-house rules regarding multifamily minimum down payments.

I'm looking to open up a Line of Credit as large as possible to have at the ready to dip into when I find a good deal on a 1-4 family BRRR property. Who do you all use, and who do you recommend?

Any stories of really good/bad experiences??

Thanks!!

Thank you Jack! Unfortunately I was unable to make the meetup this last time. How often and where do you all meet? Thanks again.
