thats helpful thank you! would there be any benefit as far as acquiring loans for future investments?
My wife and I own our home and rent out a back room/unit. We want the income to be reflected as income for our LLC instead. What I've found says I'd have to sell our house to the llc but could I rent the space to our llc and the llc "sublet' the space instead? And would that be beneficial?

Looking to start a business in Asheville. I've noticed a lack of competition for this particular business but a large market for it.
Just need to get started with either investors or advise on loans and start ups.
