Hello all!

My name is Jacob and I'm a newbie out in the bustling city of Abilene Tx.

I'm here to really learn and absorb as much as possible. I'm really interested in the freedom that is provided by a passive income and as such I am mostly interested in buy and hold real estate but I'm also intrigued by flipping.

My goal with getting started in real estate is to be able to provide an income of around 60k yearly in the next 6 to 9 years. I current have a great day job so I'm not so much concerned about rushing to create an income so I can quit.

I look forward to meeting more people interested in real estate and learning as much as possible here on bigger pockets.

Happy Trails
