Hello everyone,

My name is Jacqueline and I am new to the space. I am currently looking to find my first Fix and Flip property (or possibly a Brrrrs.) I am located in the Gardner area of Massachusetts and would like to learn the markets out here and surrounding towns all along route 2 to build my portfolio. I am currently trying to gather as much information and resources as possible to fully understand what I need to do A-Z to find and buy a distressed property, and get the best ROI. I am hoping to build the best possible team of Lenders,agents,contractors etc for this endeavor and create long lasting relationships so we can all continually be prosperous. I believe that if you're the smartest one in the room, you're in the wrong room which is why I am seeking help from more vetted professionals in this space. I love learning and have an immense amount of room to grow and any help is greatly appreciated.
