Sorry...now I am tracking. It will be a combination of SFR Creative Finances, occasionally cash. Depending on the property and location I will do STR but my sweet spot is Long Term Rental. Did I answer your question?

Hello Kevin. Thank you for the in-depth explanation. This was precisely what I was looking for. Even though I knew I was off, the numbers I got did not feel like a cash flow property to me. What about a buy and flip?
