How do you keep track of assets in your real estate search? Most of investors have their property information in email inbox or spreadsheets - and it is a pain to find information.

We have created a software for storing and managing real estate property information. It is called Reiance. In Reiance, you can store property detail, contacts, videos, notes, ratings, offers and more. It is also a collaboration platform where everyone in our team manages tasks and share information. It has been very helpful in our real estate business.

If you are looking for a way to be more efficient in your real estate investing, please check us out at www.reiance.com

Here is a quick video on Reiance:

Certis Financial (“Certis”) provides High Yield Notes for the acquisition of real estate and real estate secured loans. Regardless of the performance of the assets purchased, your yields will be personally guaranteed by the owners of the company. The Notes provide superior yields to bonds and less volatility than stocks. The annual returns range from 5.75% to 8% and returns will be provided on a fixed schedule. Certis will be using the funds to provide affordable housing and preserve homeownership.
