Hey Erik, they said they would just refinance 75% LTV based off the purchase price. I did not do any rehabs as it came in with a tenant. They said I would actually have to wait a year if I wanted to get the cash off the actual value of the property.
I think I would take even 65% LTV if it can happen now, rather than 6 months later.
Thank you!
Hi, community!
I just purchased a manufactured home in Haltom City, TX about 2 months ago with cash including the land but I am having hard time to get the cash out of it again. I have a bank that is willing to do 75% LTV, but they have to let it season for 6 months.
Does anybody here in the community know of a lender/mortgage broker who could help me in this situation?
Thank you in advance!

I have a rental property that used to be my primary residence up to a year ago.
I have over 50% in equity on that house and would like to tap on that equity without having to refinance my sub 3% mortgage.
Do any investors here know any lender in the DFW, Texas area that would open a HELOC for investment properties?
Thank you in Advance!

@Bruce Lynn Thank you so much for such a detailed answer! I was thinking of getting a couple of condos as these would only most likely have an interior damage (as the HOA keeps the exterior part) but I will need to do my homework on this.
Thank you!!

Hello, all.
I am trying the purchase a property for the first time at a foreclosure auction in Dallas County as there is a property on the list that I really like.
What is the process you guys usually take to find out if there is any liens attached to the property. Do any of you know a title company which could do a preliminary title search for these type of properties in Dallas area?
On a side note, does anybody here know of a real estate agent who has leads on bank owned REOs in DFW area?
Thank you!
