@JonathanGreene Thank you for advice! I am looking to rent out single family properties and begin to rent them out to begin. I will be getting a mortgage and seek out a preapproval to be more certain of what I am able to finance. I see you said you have good connections in Delaware. Do you have any suggestions or recommendations on neighborhoods that are good for buying a rental property in?

I am not really set on looking for out of state necessarily, but I am open if need be. I do believe that a small single family would be best as well. Do you have any suggestions on where I can find and connect with good realtors online?
