Hi there,

I'm beginning my journey in real estate investment, particularly focusing on long-term rental opportunities in the Houston area. Do you have any recommendations or insights on where would be an ideal place to start? I'm open to any advice or suggestions you might have.

Please note: I am open to advice in areas for STR or MTR as well.

I'm located near Dallas and I'm ready to start my REI investment journey, preferably starting here in Dallas since it's where I live. Any advice on locations whether it be STR,MTR, or LTR would be greatly appreciated.

I am a resident of Dallas, TX, interested in entering the San Antonio market. However, I am unfamiliar with the area. Could anybody provide me with suggestions for promising investment areas or any other advice?

Hey Guys, I'm a recently honorably discharged veteran who's looking to invest in real estate using the BRRRR method but I don't know in what areas to invest in North Texas. I was wondering if I can get some advice from fellow local investors?
