Hi, I'm Jake Dieringer and I'm 25 years old. I just started a career as a Mortgage Loan Officer. I am also currently hired with a prominent real estate company located in Beverly Hills. This is not spam and this is not an ad, but I am interested in talking with established investors and other loan officer's about their good experiences and horror stories that they have experienced in dealing with commercial mortgage loans.
