I want to start training in some form of martial arts, probably mma and tai chi. Any suggestions? Tips? Btw, the mma would include Boxing, Brazilian Jui Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Submission Grappling.

So just to clarify, is there any problem with purchasing a tax deed for a vacant property at a tax deed sale, and then turning around and selling it to a homeowner next to, or near the property?

Well the primary plan would be to sell the property before the end of the year, and if that didn't happen, then I would have to pay the property taxes on the land until i do sell it, or if I stop paying then it would be reclaimed by the government and put up for auction once again.

Thanks for all the input. And to answer your question Steven Steiner, I would be purchasing a tax deed, not a tax lien, and my exit strategy would be to go the the homeowners near the property and see if they are interested in buying the vacant lot next door. After that, to the best of my knowledge, I won't have to make anymore payments.

Does anyone know the website(s) for tax deed auction information and dates for Seminole and Orange County in central Florida? I am currently trying to learn everything I can about tax deeds (for vacant lots) and I want to observe at least 1 auction before I commit to bidding just to get a better feel for what the properties are truly worth. Any information would be helpful, thanks in advance.

Hi, I'm a 15 year old high school sophomore from Longwood Florida, and I want to learn about how to do a tax deed so I can partner up with my brother to do one and then be able to do them on my own as soon as I'm old enough. Any advice would be appreciated.
