Hi everyone,

Thank you for the warm welcome ! I will certainly look for those meetups. 

The area of RE I have read the most about and which interests me the most (because I'm very happy in my career and am not -- yet -- ready to think about dedicating more to RE) is single family / small mutli-family, income generating + value-adding. I have a solid foundation on the math and sort of, logic behind it, but I know I need to learn the market and, when I'm ready, start small. Figuring out how to get started is sort of the first priority, but in the meantime, I'm just focused on reading and digesting as much as possible! 

What all have you guys been doing with RE up here?

Great to meet you - my name is Jake and I have just moved to Seattle after living in NYC for 6 years, getting my MBA, etc. I have been very interested in RE investing for a while, and now that I am here I'm hoping to continue to learn and eventually put it into action in this crazy market up here in the PNW. I've been listening to the BP Podcast for a little bit, so figured I'd register and see what I could find on here!
