@Joe Villeneuve we both want to do similar things in real estate as far as buying and flipping and creating a rental portfolio. Ive been doing it with my parents for a couple years and we have 4 properties. Neither of us are married and only have a friendship were going off of. Ive basically been learning everything under mentors the last few years and working on credit repair and other finance issues. Finally got all caught up and began teaching her and she disclosed to me to she was getting that inheritice and wants to work together to start really getting into this.
