Property Managment companies have reached back out to me they all said they don’t manage Mattoon, even though some are seventeen minutes away. There is one company that does manage Mattoon, unfortunately they’re not taking on any new landlords as clients. 

Now I have to figure out how to manage the property from out of state !

I am a new investor who just bought my first investment property in Mattoon, Illinois. I live out of state & I need a property management company to manage the property. I have been calling around & haven’t received any call backs or the companies will not take on any new clients.

Does anybody know a property management company in  Eastern Illinois that is willing to take on a new client?
