Post: Real Estate Mentorship Programs

Hello.

I'm a newbie real estate investor, so new that I haven't completed a single deal yet. Through searching various real estate podcast on youtube, I found that there is a real estate investing mentorship program here locally (Cincinnati, Oh). The company is nationally recognized with students across the country. The only thing stopping me to jumping right in is the cost. The program is designed to help investors reach their individual goals faster and cost a little over $12k. I would like to know if anyone has invested in a similar program and what your experience has been. Would you recommend paying that much for a mentor? The enrollment is for life and the founder truly seems like a genuine person with over 25 years of experience. I just want to make sure this is the best decision before investing my savings. (Note:There is a option for a partial down payment with a monthly installment plan)

Hello Morne. I am also a newbie in the Cincinnati area. Have you researched 3CDC? My grandfather owns a marge plot of land and commercial property on Central ave. I have discussed possibly working with 3CDC on his property.
