@Justin Reed I always had that thought, but also heard everyone saying D4$ all the time! It makes sense why do it. But times are changing.

Let me ask you this, I’m in a tight budget. With a budget literally as low as 250 a month to put into the business ( data / skip trace / etc) what would you do if you had that budget and were looking for properties.

Good-afternoon BP Fam,

So I have been cold calling for a couple of weeks every day now. However, I can count on my hand the number of numbers that people were actually on the other line. the rest of the hundreds all said these numbers don't work or some other problem came up. The fact of the matter is I am having trouble with getting the right numbers when I skip trace. I have used a couple of different methods. Looking for help with different recourses that are good with skip tracing at a reasonable price.
