Hey BP I ama Jamar Smith and I am a new investor in the Sacramento area. I’m also Active duty military so I don’t really have a lot time to ride around and search for off market properties. Can anyone give me advice on how I can generate more leads with the free time I have?
Hey everyone I’m Jamar and I’m new to BP. I’ve done a lot of research and I’ve seen nothing saying that wholesaling is illegal. Am I missing something?
