I am curious to see if anyone had anyone success in flipping Ivy City? I do see some flips now in the area but I was wondering if anyone can share the stories?

Thanks I have not had much luck with zillow. Most of the time when I click on the zillow pre-foreclosures and then cross-reference their data on the county tax record website the properties have been already purchased which makes me feel Zillow is not updating their data when it comes to pre-foreclosures and foreclosures.
