Looking to get some advice. There are 4 of us that are looking to purchase a 6 unit building in PA. We have a LLC in Colorado already setup. Each person is bringing money to the deal, but we are exploring options. Buy with the LLC, buy with one person and refinance to the LLC later, and easiest route would be seller financing (which they will entertain as well). Trying to see if anyone has been in a similar situation, and what you did to seal the deal, so to speak.

Hey everyone! I am new to real estate and have just stood up a LLC with 3 other partners. From what we have been seeing, it is very hard to get traditional lending for a LLC to purchase rental properties. Before I start calling every traditional lender in the state, I was curious if anyone here had any suggestions.

Hey fellow BPers! I am a complete newbie to the world of real estate investing and am looking for as much information as I can get. I have read books and am currently listening to the BP podcast (episode 26). Ideally, I would like to get into purchasing and holding rental properties, but have a huge interest in flipping as well. I am not able to house hack at this moment in time, but looking to network with as many of you as possible to help and learn in any way that I can. Thank you for being so great in this forum and I look forward to meeting/networking with as many people as possible in the future.
