Hello bigger pockets community! My name is James Brackin IV, I'm a 17 year old soon to be real estate investor/licensed real estate agent, I am also a sales associate at dicks sporting goods saving everything I can to pay for a down payment on my first rental property along with getting involved in a Keller Williams real estate team! I finished my 75 hour pre licensed courses, waiting to take my course and state test once I turn 18. I want to be able to get right into real estate investing and gain experience so I am ready to buy/sell homes as well as be the best real estate agent I can be. I truly believe that anything is possible and want to prove that by doing extraordinary things. Please reach out if you'd like to collaborate in the future or have any advice for what I can be doing  to move towards my goals!

I’m going to my community college to study   entrepreneurship with financial aid on my side lol and trying to find experience! I appreciate the comment. 

What is the best way to learn how to finance a deal? At 17 i do save all of my income from my job but not nearly enough for a house. 

I am currently reading rich dad poor dad the book right now!! I will also listen to more podcasts from the beginning. Thank you!

Do you have any ideas on how i can bring value to a real estate association? 

Hi i’m james, i’m 17 I currently take real estateu.com courses, eventually going to take my exam to get my real estate license and want to find ways to learn more about real estate while finding new sources of income so i will be able to finance a property in the near future! Thank you
