Hello! - Is anyone using real estate agents to market an assignable contract for SFH's? Just wondering since more real estate agents coming more aware of wholesalers. (I don't consider myself a wholesaler - however I've done a lot of those deals)

I ran into this when I was looking into purchasing a house - I found out that it was a wholesaler - but I did not see anywhere where they were marketing the "contract". It was listed on the MLS as a normal listing....

Wondering how this would work if I'm not the owner and how to keep it legal...?
