Dear Property Managers, Owners, Investors, Real Estate Agents, Landlords, etc, I'm looking for people that need a reliable carpet cleaner for their properties in Lawton, Oklahoma. I want to connect with you so I can grow my business more steadily, and in turn, that would help grow yours to.

I have a low moisture carpet cleaning business that I run from home. Low Moisture cleaning is currently the only cleaning method I offer, but as my business grows, I will eventually purchase a portable hot water extractor to expand my services offered.

I'd like to become your go-to carpet cleaner that you call once all your other contractors are finished working on the specific properties in question. Emphasis on "once all your other contractors are finished working on the specific properties in question." LOL!

This seems to be an issue in Lawton. I don't want you to send in a Painter to paint the walls WHILE I am trying to clean the carpet, and then ask me why that's not a good idea. Know what I mean?

I do have a Minimum Rate of $165.00. That covers a standard cleaning for up to 3 rooms. Size restrictions apply for this Minimum Rate.
