I’ve recently started a role where I assist investors in purchasing distressed properties, and it’s ignited a deeper interest in the real estate investment field. The more I learn, the more I appreciate how distressed properties can offer significant returns for the right investor. I’m especially drawn to the dynamics of this market, from assessing the risks and rewards to understanding the rehabilitation process. I’m excited to continue developing my expertise and helping investors make informed decisions.
