Hello Everyone! Wondering if there are any wholesalers out there that are in harford/Baltimore County Maryland. I have been studying this market to make my first step into real estate (because I live there). I'm curious to know how this market has been this year. Hope everyone has a great day. 

Good Day everyone! I am new to biggerpockets. Signed up less then a month ago at this point. Currently I am employed as a Foreman for a landscaping company. As I slowly shift into the real estate world my mind is setting on being a real estate wholesaler to get a portfolio going and to build up some capital. I will also be investing in rental properties and what ever else may peak my interest. My journey so far has been amazing. All the information I have been gaining honestly gets me really excited for the path that I am setting myself on. Good luck to everyone out there! 

Hello everyone! For the past month and a half I have been spending a lot of my time learning as much as I can about real estate. I am beyond eager to get into the game and start my journey. Currently I am employed as a Landscaping Foreman. Handyman work is something I currently can bring to a table. But with more knowledge incoming, means more experience.
