I was curious to see points of view on selecting a 7/6 ARM or a 30 year fixed in today's current market. I have read up on the pros and cons but I am really looking to get the experience of people from this platform.

@Benjamin Aaker this is a good POV and thank you for sharing! My ultimate goal is scaling. It's certainly something that I have been teetering back on forth on. To start LLC and purchase from that or buy in my name then transfer to LLC without setting off "due clause".

@Fulton Sanchez I appreciate the educations you've shared. I didn't even realize the an LLC is also considered "disregarded". May seem like a no-brained to some but it's new to me. This forum has certainly elevated my networking and has helped me to create a team of people that are helping with my first REI. Fingers crossed that it happens in the next month or two!
