@Scott Trench I am looking to do something like this with my property ad well. I was wondering if you ended up doing it or not, if so, if you could share the pros and cons of your decision. Thank you!

@Isaura Orellana This is awesome to hear. I was looking at opportunities in detroit a couple years back but I had some family emergencies I had to deal with that caused me to go m.i.a. for the passed two years. I'm back at it again and looking to make my first Multi family deal soon. I'm a bit intimidated investing so far from me(cali) but when the deal is right I know it will be worth it. If you have any advice or can point me in the right direction ide love yo hear back from you. Great job on the post! James hong
