@Matthew Paul Do we give a time frame? And I'm pretty sure all of their stuff will not fit in their unit. What if they don't move any of their stuff?

Hello BP community, I am new to BP but have been reading a ton of posts and articles which have been very enlightening in relation o my issue. To make a long story short, I recently purchased a multi family on 3/13/19. All of the units were supposed to be vacant but during the process we learned the owners moved in a tenant (month to month verbal contract) on the first floor to our surprise. The first floor unit was supposed to be owner occupied and on top of that the tenants are paying well below market rate and have basically took over the garage, shed and parts of the basement. I am now wanting to take those locations back but did not know the best course of action. I am located in CT and am seeking your advice. The tenants have already been served a notice to quit and we are now moving to the next step which is to start the summary process but in the meantime, how should I proceed? Any help is much appreciated.
