Hello, I’m located in Gainesville Florida and I just have a couple of questions

First off I’ve found a foreclosed home for the price of $90,000 the average price of homes in the area is 155k or more and the property is in good condition. I”ve met with contractor who told me the cosmetic repairs inside would be around 5- 10 thousand, my only problem is finding investors for the property. This is me trying to step into the business any suggestions on what I should do?
