Hey everyone. My name is James Lathrop but everyone just calls me Mick. My wife and I purchased our first house almost 2 years ago and now I'm wanting to buy a second to use as a rental. We live in Gresham Oregon which is just outside of Portland. I've been absorbing as much information as I can and hope to learn a lot more here!
