My name is James Lapushner and I own Goldstar Finance LLC. I came across this forum as I have recently been made aware of an identity fraud committed under my name and my company's name.

Further to the above discussion, I would like to provide you with the following facts and comments:

  1. 1. The website http://goldstarfinancellc.com has nothing to do with me or with Goldstar Finance LLC and has been fraudulently created in order to commit financial fraud through promising loans and asking for an up-front fee.
  2. 2. Once I was made aware of the identity fraud, I have filed complaints with the following organisations:
  3. a. The FBI
  4. b. The Federal Trade Commission
  5. c. The webhosting server along with a request to immediately suspend the Goldstar Finance LLC website platform
  6. d. LinkedIn and other social media platforms in order to suspend any fraudulent profiles for myself and for the company

Please do not send any money to anyone claiming to act on behalf of Goldstar Finance LLC.
