@Nathan G. Thanks for the reply Nathan! I took your advice and called some flooring companies. It’s my first out of state investment so some questions popped up.

Hey Everyone-

We’re doing some rehab to a unit and was wondering if anyone had knowledge on how much carpet installation (labor) generally costs. 670sq ft.

Thanks for your help!

@Paul Wachtler

Thanks Paul! That article was great and answered my question. How is the Atlanta market for investors? I am interested in doing a long-distance Brrrr.

Hey guys,

My property manager, who is outing state, is requesting to be added as additionally insured to our homeowners policy. After speaking with our carrier they made it seem like that was not a thing and compared it to your barber getting on your health insurance plan. Any thoughts??

Thanks

James

Hey property peeps!

I have an offer from a client to lend me 400k for a cash purchase in Denver’s crazy market. He wants a 5% (fee). My question is, if I get a bank to refinance the deal immediately after purchase would it make sense to cut a 20k check for the ability to have a cash offer?

Thanks!

James
