John Majalca in San Antonio is a criminal. That's 100% for certain. He has stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from investors that I know about. Never use John Majalca as a real estate agent or wholesaler. You will be robbed.

More will be released in the future about his scams and crimes, and you will find it in Google.

The time will come where I will publish his name and city here and all over the Internet. Things are happening behind the scenes. He will be brought down, one way or another.

Yes, he stole a lot from me, but he hurt many investors and essentially took our daughter from us. She believes whatever he says.

As I said awhile back, any money I took from him from a commission was out of pure ignorance. He lied to me and I didn't understand wholesaling, which is my fault. He did lose his license here for several months, got a new broker. But his license will be gone forever when we are done w him. No lawsuits, either.

He also stole my assignment fees, a lot of money - 25 or 30 deals. How much each? I don't know. A lot. As a rookie in REI 9 years ago, I didn't understand wholesaling and how you are paid. He is a thief and a liar, but his comeuppance is going to be soon.

Update - everything I said is true above. It's far worse than everything I said above. He has scammed hundreds of thousands of dollars from my investors and hurt my family a lot. And he certainly did more than I know about. Long story, but he is going to get his due in 2022. Dude is a sociopath and he is going to pay, that's all I will say.

I really couldn't care less about the money. minor quibble. it's peanuts. People defending what my son in law did are incorrect. It's hardly self serving to be upset when an investor is charged 9 grand for work not performed. Now someone is going to tell me that's ok I assume? And charging $2k for materials not purchased? grossly overestimated labor and materials purchased. It's complete deception!

Charging for work not performed and materials not purchased is just a normal business practice, eh? Gee, I'm definitely not using you for my next project!

Some of you seem to shrug at all this, and get bothered about me taking (didn't get it) a $200 fee. That's the federal offense to get worked up over, it seems. ?

I remember bigger pockets well, haven't been here in a long time. If a thread gets long enough, someone calls someone a criminal. I'm talking about seriously deceptive practices with this guy, and I get attacked. Good Lord.  I saw this activity here so many times with so many people I left for years. The constructive comments I appreciate. Good bye :)

he represented the house needed a new water line, took his money by wire, and never did the job. No excavation, no equipment rented.

If charging someone $8900 for work you didn't do isn't fraud, let me know what you call it. I must not understand something. The house is done. That work was never completed and the investor paid for it. A fact.

Update - I talked to the investor. My relative overcharged him at least $20,000 on $40,000 of work. He charged him $8900 for a water line that was never done. He's lucky my investor doesn't want to sue. Instead, he wants me to help him find another wholesaler. True story. Really crazy.

there's a million ways to go on this, I've been having a very hard time deciding what to do. I'm still up in the air but my above statements are my current plan. Open to change.

I'm 'accusing' him in a public forum but you don't know who he is. I've talked to him. Very unproductive. Threats.
