Yes that's exactly what I'm looking for. I apologize for any confusion on my part. I could do any of the management aspects of the property. I am a GM of a 1.6 mil per yr restaurant, so I feel confident in dealing with tenants and people in general, dealing with any pressure situations, making financial decisions for the property that I may need to do, or anything else that's asked of me. I'm just looking for someone to provide the initial financing in order for me to get started.

Hi Kim, right now the main things I am interested in are either buy and hold multi family units or flips.
