Thanks for the response, @Jason! As an agent working with investors in the majority of the state, I posed these questions to get a sense of what trends we may be seeing soon in the commonwealth. We all know Worcester is a hot market, but I love to hear what opinions and experiences investors have had in other places.

Personally, I'm just getting started in my investing journey. I plan to get into a BRRR project in 2023 and potentially complete some flips after that. South of Boston is my preferred region but after looking at dozens of properties a day, I know success can be found in any region with the right deals.

Investors in Massachusetts - what are the best regions/towns to flip in and why? What's the next hot area? Best place for rentals? Is there anywhere you avoid at all costs?

Tony Ngo with Lofty Homes, they'll help with as much or as little as you need from start to finish.

Hello,

Does anyone have tips for real estate agents working with house flippers/other investors? What makes for a good experience in relation to buying and selling homes? What can an agent do to make your life easier? TIA
