Hey Everyone! My name is James Swett and I'm super pumped to be here. I have some experience in real estate mostly on the construction side. My wife and I flipped our first house doing all the work ourselves. It was a great learning experience and fed into my desire to invest in real estate. 

At this point, I would love to build up a rental portfolio but lack the capital so I am wholesaling to learn the market, build relationships, and get the capital.
