@Travis Bradburn stoked for you dude. I’m a Vet myself. We should connect 🤙

@Duc Ong I’ve considered it but the inventory and zoning on Maui make it almost impossible. The few units I have seen are well over 1.2m

Thanks @Brian Garlington! This was actually the route I was hopping to go. I will call them today 🤙

Aloha @Mike Neubauer,

I was very happy to have used Maui Aina Appraisal Co. Numbers were right and the were able to make it out to the property in less than 3 days both times.

Good luck 🤙

@Tyler J Askin Thank you Tyler, what kind of refinancing are you suggesting?

@Brit Hale Thanks for the advice, VA max in Maui County is 720k, our home mortgage is 660k, don't think I can do anything with that remaining 60k

@David Pere Howz it! I would be super interested thank you 🤙

@Jaysen Medhurst, Really appreciate you taking the time to share that info. Here on Hawaii we had little choice but to use up our entire guarantee.

I’m defiantly going to check out the options you listed 🤙

Aloha everyone,

Currently own a home in Hawaii that we purchased through a VA loan. My wife is getting relocated across island and looking a buying a new home.

Would anyone have any suggestions on the cheapest way to finance a second home that we intend to live in?

Mahalo
