Thank you for the welcoming comments Mary B. Marco Santarelli Paul Timmins James Vermillion Mehran Kamari and Patrick Jackson I am looking forward to being a member of the community and picking up on the knowledge and experience you and many of the other members bring. Mehran - I'd like to start by purchasing 3 - 4 unit deals to get my feet wet on the investing side.

Hi BP Forum -

My name is James and I am new to the BP website. I wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I have been in multifamily management for 10 years - managing portfolio's as large as 3,000 units for institutional investors. I finally came to the realization that I was being fearful of starting my own investment firm so here I am taking my first steps and looking for a solid support system. Any others in the LA area that have stories to share to help in the process of getting this thing off the ground? Looking forward to hearing from you all.
